Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What sort of items can you make?
A: Wings (smaller than 15 inches x 10 inches), simple masquerade masks, modifications to belts, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, paper mache weapons/objects, sashes, wristbands, simple plushies, and assorted accessories (talismans, fireballs, etc.).
Q: Is there anything that you won't/can't make?
A: Any sort of armor, boot/shoe covers, gun holsters, gloves, difficult embroidery, wigs and large wings. I can do large paper mache weapons, but you will need to ask me about them before ordering.
Q: Do you take full costume commissions?
A: Sorry, but no. I only take smaller commissions (props, accessories, etc) at this time.
Q: Do you accept rush orders?
A: Yes, but there will be an additional 10% fee attached if you need a rush order. What is considered a rush order is up to my own discretion.
Q: How long does it usually take you to finish a commission?
A: It usually takes a couple weeks if I have easy access to the materials I need. I like to allow extra time, however, in case something goes wrong.
Q: If I need the accessory before I can afford to pay for it, can I pay you later?
A: No. I require 50% of the cost up front before I do anything on the costume, and then the other 50% plus shipping when I’m done. Only when everything is paid for will I ship out the accessory to you.
Q: Do you take International orders?
A: Yes, but just make sure to allow extra time if you are ordering from outside of the US or Canada.
Q: How much does it cost to ship my item?
A: Each item will have a different shipping cost, depending on size, weight, and where it is being shipped. Shipping to Canada will be the cheapest for me, then the United States, and then international countries.
